This romantic private home is enclosed in a high walled garden with many trees and tropical plants and a sit-float pool with a waterfall. It is centrally located in Tulum Pueblo, in the original Maya neighborhood, a land the Chan Santa Cruz Maya have inhabited for centuries.

The Pueblo is separated from the lovely white sand beaches and ruins of Tulum by two miles of dense jungle and the house is located a block from where the jungle begins. It is an easy 7 minute drive to the beaches by car or taxi. Be local or tourist as you like in this culturally rich and friendly village. It is 5 blocks walk to Town Plaza, restaurants, shops, bank etc. Houses have wifi internet access, fans throughout and all bedrooms in main house and each cottage unit have air conditioners. There are 2 houses on the property. The Main House and a Cottage. The Cottage has 2 separate units; one ground floor and one on the 2nd floor. Each Cottage Unit is a studio room with a full service kitchen in the room. Occupancy 2 or possibly 3; (2 adults and a child) in each unit, lower floor unit and upper unit; each a studio room with a full service kitchen and bathroom.
